Center LLC leaves Baltimore, MD

137 South Warwick Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland
was recently sold by Phillips Distribution Center,
LLC (Phillips Food) and purchased by David Adodo
of Dave’s Seafood. Phillips Foods, represented
by Trout, Segall & Doyle, LLC agents Steven
L. Cornblatt and Andrew G. Segall, was voted America’s
#1 favorite for real crab meat and best overall
crab cake by The Wall Street Journal in September
of 2006. Dave’s Seafood, a business devoted
to processing (smoking) fish, was represented by
Fairfax Realty’s Melissa Kaiza. Dave’s
will be relocating to Baltimore from a 3,000 square
foot processing plant in Washington DC and have
plans to expand their operation to include chicken
and beef.
