The Copper Stallion Inn, represented by Trout, Segall
& Doyle’s John Sindler, sold their ±12
acre site at 7615 Washington Boulevard in Jessup,
MD for $3.2 million dollars. The property was bought
by Mangione Family Enterprises, represented by T,S
& D and CCI Mgmnt, in late April of 2007. Plans
are to convert the site into an Assisted Living
and Nursing Center. 7615 Washington Blvd is a part
of the Route 1 Revitalization project, which Mr.
Sindler been involved in since its inception.
