Mr. Cornblatt has been in commercial
real estate management and brokerage since 1986, specializing
in retail, office and industrial leasing and sales, representing
tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. Additionally, he represents
both sides of investment property transactions. Since joining
Trout, Segall & Doyle LLC in 1996, he has represented a
wide array of clients such as Regal Bank, Atlantic Financial,
Martex Properties, Triangle Realty, Village Properties, Walgreen’s
Drug Stores, Ethan Allen Furniture, Gardiners Furniture, The
Optical Center, Doracon Development, Phillips Foods, Food King,
Impero Foods, Cameron’s Seafood, Protologics Corporation,
PrimeMed Pharmacy Services, Medicine On Time, Sunrise Adult
Health Care, Summit Country Club, Bonnie View Country Club,
Blibaum & Siimons, Kimmel Realty, Larry E. Knight Industries,
Angelozzi Brothers, Myong Lim, Charles A. Klein & Son, Sagal,
Cassin, Filbert & Quasney, Global Gincon and a myriad of
high net-worth individuals.
Mr. Cornblatt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from the University of Maryland in 1986. He has
been licensed in Maryland as a Real Estate Salesperson since
1987. As head of St. Paul Management Company (a development
and property management firm) for over 10 years, he managed
all facets of company operations including: administration,
accounting and marketing throughout Maryland and The Virgin
Islands. Lease negotiations, tenant/landlord management, project
coordination and supervision, and annual budget preparation
and review were but a few of his responsibilities.
Mr. Cornblatt lives in Reisterstown with his wife, Lauren and
two children, Ben and Tilly. He coaches soccer for Cockeysville
Recreation and he coaches and is a Co-Commissioner for Towsontowne
Boys Lacrosse. |
