Involved in the commercial real estate
business for more than fourty years, Mr. Segall has been
active in leasing many of the major retail projects in the Baltimore
and Washington metropolitan areas. His latest ventures include
the development and leasing of Winchester Station in Winchester,
VA, featuring Michaels, Circuit City, Old Navy, Ross Stores,
Linens-N-Things, Borders, Olive Garden and Red Lobster. He is
also working on several new centers such as The Shoppes at Tevis, a 260,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Winchester, VA;
Culpeper Crossing in Culpeper, VA; Cheswold Village in
Cheswold, DE; Fenwick Plaza in Fenwick Island, DE; as well as a center in Gainesville, VA. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation
and exclusively represents some of the biggest retailers in
the United States including Michael’s-The
Arts & Crafts Store.
Mr. Segall is a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute
and the Johns Hopkins University. After serving in the U.S.
Air Force, he joined the firm of B. Howard Richards in 1967
and later moved to Trout and Fox, Inc. as a leasing agent. In
1985, he became a partner in Trout, Segall & Doyle. Mr.
Segall holds real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware,
the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania. He is also a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
