Matthew S. Melnick joined Trout, Segall
& Doyle in April of 2007 as a
leasing and sales associate. He specializes
in representing office, industrial
and retail properties in the Baltimore-Metropolitan
area. Born and raised in Baltimore,
Matt possesses a thorough understanding
of the local market.
Prior to joining TS&D, Matt
worked at Jonathan Melnick Auctioneers,
Inc. as a property and warehouse
manager. He was also active in the
marketing of Foreclosure, Private,
Public, Sheriff and Estate Auctions
and Sales.
After graduating from Boys Latin
School, Matt attended Hampden-Sydney
College in Farmville, Virginia where
he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Economics with a concentration
in Spanish. He resides in Canton.
