Joe Fleischmann comes to TS&D with a background in construction, development, and small business ownership. He held titles such as Director of Construction, Operations, and Profitability during his 5 years with Phoenix Partners Development (2003-2007). During that time he oversaw the design and construction of 140 Cold Stone Creamery franchised stores in MD, VA, DE, PA, NJ, and Washington D.C. Joe is also the current owner of the Cold Stone Creamery in College Park, MD.
Joe received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Salisbury University in 2001 and maintains his close ties to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia, where he was the managing partner for Telescope Pictures from 2001-2005.
With Trout, Segall & Doyle LLC, expanding upon his background, he will work on retail site acquisition, development opportunities and tenant representation.
