After joining the firm in 1985 as a
leasing and sales agent, Mr. Trout III has since been a major
contributor to the leasing of numerous regional and community
shopping centers. He has represented national and regional retailers,
including General Mills Restaurant Group, Domino’s Pizza,
Pep Boys, Duron Paints, Dollar General, Blockbuster Video and
Papa John’s Pizza. This experience has led to work in
markets from Tidewater, Virginia to southern New Jersey. Mr.
Trout is currently a licensed real estate agent in Maryland
and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
After graduating from Friends School in Baltimore, Mr. Trout
attended Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
and Towson State University in Towson, Maryland. He worked as
an assistant Field Supervisor for Shaffer Gordon in 1981-1982,
overseeing the construction of the three-anchor Dover Mall project
in Dover, Delaware. |
