Mr. Rew began his real estate career
in 1966 as a real estate representative for Acme Supermarkets
in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. He soon became the Regional
Real Estate Manager for Food Fair/Pantry Pride Stores and Ben
Franklin Stores serving in the Mid-Atlantic region. Thereafter,
he worked with Knott Industries, having total responsibility
of leasing for retail, office and warehouse space, in addition
to serving property management functions. Later, he served as
Vice President for Safelite Industries and Sparks Tune-Up Centers,
overseeing new store growth and construction.
Joining Trout, Segall & Doyle LLC in 1995, his projects
have ranged from the sale of a $2.8 million mobile home park
in Edgewater, Maryland to being the exclusive representative
for Chevron Gas in Maryland. His current projects include sharing
the exclusive representation for Rite Aid Surplus Properties;
the renovation and leasing of Kenwood Shopping Center located
on Hazelwood and Kenwood Avenue in Rosedale, Maryland; and the
renovation and leasing of Hawthorne Plaza located on Eastern
Avenue and Kingston Road in Middle River, Maryland.
Mr. Rew earned his Associates Degree and Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration from the Baltimore College
of Commerce. In addition to being a licensed real estate salesperson
in Maryland and Delaware, Mr. Rew is a member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers.
