He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed real estate sales representative. He is involved in all three major aspects of Trout, Segall & Doyle’s business – brokerage, development and management. His development activities focus on conducting project financial analyses and arranging for financing. His brokerage activities are focused on the Baltimore metropolitan area. Formerly the Deputy Director for Economic Development in Baltimore County, Maryland, Art also spent four years negotiating and administering contracts for a major Baltimore defense contractor.
